Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted in cases of defects or order errors. In these two cases only, we cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange. For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
The return or exchange period is limited to 4 days from the date of receiving the order and in the event of non-receipt of the order, shipping fees must also be paid to the delivery agent. Orders cannot be partially returned or exchanged; the entire order must be received or returned in full.
